At Svada, every pop is made with ingredients you'd proudly recognize: fresh milk, real fruit pulp, and pure Coorg chocolate sourced from Karnataka. No fillers or artificial essences. Our vibrant colors come from plant-based ingredients, including spirulina, the nutrient rich superfood naturally rich in iron, zinc, and protein along with premium natural food colors. We keep every recipe clean with no preservatives, no added sugar, no synthetic dyes, and no unnecessary artificial additives.
The result is a pop that's crafted for flavor, not shortcuts. With only 6–10% fat (compared to around 30% in conventional ice cream) and just 20% air overrun (instead of nearly 50%), every bite is denser, creamier, and packed with real taste. Served at −6°C, our pops are intentionally warmer than traditional ice cream, allowing the natural fruit and chocolate flavors to shine from the very first bite.

We use plant based Spirulina for vibrant natural blue and green shades. This nutrient-rich superfood is packed with zinc and iron.
We use Mangharam plant based food colors, naturally extracted from plants with zero synthetic dyes.

We import pure, single origin chocolate from Coorg, Karnataka, No additives, no blending with inferior grades.
Chocolate is gently melted and blended with 100% plant based colours.
The chocolate is poured into custom fruit shaped moulds.
Once the shell sets, we tip and rotate the moulds to pour out excess chocolate, leaving a perfect thin, even shell.
Shells are filled with slow churned gelato made from fresh milk and real fruit pulp. A final layer of chocolate seals the mould.
